My all time favourite instrumental it would be 1967 at that time my best mate Mickey Lee was the DJ in The Highland Room at Blackpool Mecca and this was the first record that he would start his set with and the infamous words 'I hope everybodys is all turned on'.After Mickey left the Highland Room Tony Jebb took over and later to become a topDJ at The Torch.Some people say that The Mecca did not take off until levine and Curtiss arrived but believe me the Highland Room was playing good soul music from 67 onwards.Some really happy memories of a mispent youth.When Mickey left he went to DJ in Denmark and he is still there to this day.
